摘要
本文将乳制品经酸水解后,利用乙醇-乙醚-石油醚提取脂肪酸,在碱性条件下进行甲基化反应,用气相色谱-质谱法测定出添加的7种脂肪酸类营养强化剂。本检测方法前处理简单快捷,易于操作,方法重现性良好,其RSD可达0.82%~1.78%;回收率可达89.9%~103.6%;灵敏度高,检测限为0.1 mg/kg。
In this paper dairy products after acid hydrolysis, fatty acid were extracted by alcohol ether - petroleum ether,in alkaline condi- tions were methylated, with gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method for the determination of fatty acids nutrition enhancer. The de- tection method was good at simple and quick detection, easy operation, the method has good reproducibility ,with RSD of 0.82% to 1.78%; recovery rate of 89.9% to 103.6%; high sensitivity and a detection lin'fit of 0.1 mg/kg.
