摘要 为研究不同比例糙米替代玉米对产蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选用30周龄"京红1号"产蛋鸡432只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中以糙米替代50%、75%和100%的玉米,试验期56d。结果表明,糙米替代玉米对蛋鸡的产蛋率、日采食量和料蛋比影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。糙米替代玉米对鸡蛋蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度无显著影响(P>0.05),对照组蛋黄色泽显著高于3个试验组(P<0.05);在日粮中添加20mg/kg智特红(10%)和50mg/kg金黄素Y(20)后,蛋黄色泽得到明显的改善,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的蛋黄色泽分别比对照组高56.64%、35.30%和33.66%(P<0.05)。3个试验组经济效益均高于对照组,试验Ⅱ组经济效益最好。因此,糙米代替玉米作蛋鸡能量饲料是可行的,以替代75%的比例经济效益最好,为了解决糙米中缺乏类胡萝卜素的缺陷,可通过在配方中增加含有天然安全无毒的黄色素物质,保证鸡蛋的外观品质。 To evaluate effects of brown rice instead of corn used in commercial layer's diet on production performance and egg quality,432 commerical layers of Jinghong No.l at thirty weeks of age were divided into four groups with 4 replicates per group. Control group was fed basal diet, group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed diet containing brown rice instead corn with the ratio of 50%,75% and 100%,respectively. The results showed that no significant difference were observed in laying rate, daily feed intake and feed/egg ratio among four groups (P〉0.05). There were no difference on egg-shape index, shell thickness, shell strength (P〉0.05), and yolk color of control group was higher than that of other groups (P〈0.05). Yolk color was improved by adding 20 mg/kg Wisdem~ Red (10%)and 50 mg/kg Wisdem Golen-Y(20), which of group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 56.64%,35.30% and 33.66% higher than that of control group (P〈0.05),respectively. Economic benefits of three groups were increased compared to control group and that of group 11 was the best. In a word,the brown rice could be used as feed instead of corn and 75% brown rice instead of corn in the diet could get better economic benefit,and some natural and safe yellow pigment should be added in the diet to meet the deficiency of carotenoids of brown rice for appearance quality of eggs.
