对近两年来国际教育形势变化进行综合分析发现,金融危机至今对教育领域的影响仍在持续。为了克服金融危机的影响,一些国家把教育置于重振经济的国家战略核心,它们对教育公平问题更加关注,把提高教育质量作为增强教育国际竞争力的关键,把改革创新作为促进教育发展和质量提升的根本动力,把推进终身教育作为国家发展战略的重要支撑。一些发达国家在推进教育国际化方面迈出新步伐。此外,信息技术在教育教学和教育管理中的应用日趋广泛,各国纷纷采取措施,加快教育信息化建设步伐。

By comprehensively analyzing the international education strategy in recent two years, it is found out that financial crisis still brings influences on education. In order to overcome the influence of the financial crisis, some countries place education in the core of national strategy for reviving economy. They pay much attention to education equity, and take enhancing education quality as the key to strengthening the international competitiveness in education. They also consider innovation as the fundamental force to promote educational development, and take boosting lifelong education as an important support of national development strategy. New steps have been taken in advancing educational internationalization in some developed countries. In addition, the application of information technology is becoming more and more widespread in teaching and educational management, so every country is taking steps to accelerate educational informationization.
