摘要 为了解决窄颗粒分布水泥需水量高、外加剂适应性差的问题,同时发挥水泥强度高的优势,研究选用两种不同细度的混合材来拓宽水泥的颗粒分布,改善水泥的性能。试验结果表明,窄颗粒分布水泥经过颗粒调配后,标准稠度用水量下降到26.9%的正常水平,同时获得良好的外加剂适应性并保持较高的强度;经过颗粒调配的水泥中还能够掺加10%以上的混合材,具有显著的经济效益。 Cement with narrow particle size distribution was known as high water requirement for normal consistency and in- compatibility with superplasticizers as well as with high compressive strength. Two kinds of admixtures with different fineness were adopted to widen the particle size distribution in order to reduce the water requirement and improve the compatibility of cement with superplasticizer. The results showed that the particle size distribution could be adjusted to obtain a good com- patibility and reduce the normal water requirement, approach to the normal value of 26.9%, as well as get a higher compres- sive strength than the ball mill cement that with same proportion. On the other hand, 10% admixture more could be increased to get the same performance of cement and followed a significant economical benefit.
