摘要
为研究蜗壳不平衡水推力作用下座环受剪的机理和特性,结合某实际工程的垫层蜗壳结构,建立三维有限元模型进行数值计算,分析了垫层平面包角等不同影响因素对座环剪力的影响规律。结果表明,垫层子午断面内包角对座环上下环板剪力的影响很小,但垫层平面包角、伸缩节和止推环设置与否、垫层刚度系数以及摩擦系数对座环剪力的影响较大,实际结构设计中应当重点考虑。
In order to study the shear mechanism and characteristics of stay ring under unbalanced hydraulic thrust of spiral case, a 3-D nonlinear model based on an actual hydropower project is set up to calculate and analyze the influences of different factors on the shear capacity of stay ring, such as the plane angle of cushion layer. The results show that the influence of angle of cushion layer in meridional section on the shear can be ignored, but the influences of plane angle of cushion layer, expansion joint, thrust ring, cushion rigidity coefficient and friction coefficient are. greater to be paid close attention in the design of stay ring structure.
