摘要
对水电站工程建设期的风险进行全面的分析,并从投标资格预审、合同签订、施工过程控制、工程保险等方面提出风险管理方法,这对降低工程建设期间的风险损失、保障工程项目效益有着重要的指导意义。
The risks of hydropower station during construction period are comprehensively analyzed, and the risk management methods are also proposed from the aspect of contractor pre-qualification, contract signature, construction process control and engineering insurance. These suggestions have significant role to reduce risk loss during construction period and guarantee benefit of projects.
