On Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Development and Application of Low-carbon Technology in China

低碳经济已成为全世界经济的发展方向,低碳技术作为低碳经济发展的核心动力,成为低碳经济发展的关键因素。本文首先总结了一些发达国家发展低碳技术的经验及对我国发展低碳技术的重要启示。其次,对我国低碳技术研发和应用的现状及存在的主要困境进行了深入分析。最后,针对我国低碳技术研发和应用过程中存在的具体问题,结合其他国家发展低碳经济对我国的启示,提出了相应的对策建议。

low- carbon economy has become the developmental trend of world economy. As the core driving force, low- carbon technology has become a key factor in the development of low- carbon economy. This paper fn＇st summarized the experience of some developed countries on low - carbon technology development and its inspiration to us. Secondly it carried out a thorough analysis of the status- quo and difficulties in the development and application of low- carbon technology in China. Finally, learning from other countries＇ practices, this paper gave some suggestions to our low- carbon technology development and application.
