摘要
为了评估产品的可靠性,提出可靠性参数的一种新的估计方法———双侧M-Bayes可信法。对寿命服从指数分布的产品,在无失效数据情形给出失效率的双侧M-Bayes可信限的定义、估计及其相关性质。所得到的结论:可靠性参数(失效率、可靠度)的双侧M-Bayes可信限优于双侧经典置信限。最后结合实际问题进行计算,结果表明所提出的方法可行,且便于工程应用。
For the reliability evaluation of products, this study introduces a new parameter estimation method, named two-sided M-Bayesian credible limits method, to estimate reliability parameters. The definition, estimation and properties of the two- sided M-Bayesian credible limits of failure rate are given, in the case of zero-failure data for exponential distribution. Theconclusion of the study is: two-sided M-Bayesian credible limits of reliability parameters (failure rate, reliability) is superior to the corresponding two-sided classical confidence limits. Finally, the calculations performed according to practical problems,showing that the proposed new method is feasible, and convenient in engineering application.
