环境抗雄激素乙烯菌核利的生殖毒性研究进展 被引量:3

Environmental antiandrogen: reproductive toxicity of fungicide vinclozolin

摘要 乙烯菌核利是常见的环境内分泌抗雄激素干扰物之一,虽然属于低毒杀菌剂,但在人群中暴露率较高。大鼠性别分化关健期暴露于乙烯菌核利可引起雄性子代生殖发育毒性和遗传毒性,并出现F1-F3代雄性生殖细胞系表观遗传跨代遗传现象,而且机制尚不清楚,因此乙烯菌核利致胚胎发育毒性及遗传毒性研究已引起人们关注。该文就乙烯菌核利的生殖遗传毒性研究进展进行综述。 Vinclozolin is a common environmental endocrine disruptors of anti-androgen, vinclozolin has low toxicity to humans, but human exposure to vinclozolin has been very common. Vinclozolin can cause developmental toxicity and genetic toxicity to male offsprings during sexual differentiation of rat, and can induce epigenetic intergenerational inheritance of the F1-F3 generation by male germ cell line, genetic toxicity pathogenesis of vinclozolin reproductive of inter-generational is unclear. In this paper, based on previous studies, the reproductive genotoxicity of vinclozolin will be given in a brief overview.
