摘要
介绍了中低压配电网数据采集与监控系统的现状和存在的问题。结合中低压配电网运行管理水平提升的实际需求,提出了中低压配电网统一数据采集与监控系统结构设计方案;依据确定的系统设计思想,给出了系统智能数据采集、数据通信和传输系统、实时数据处理、用户用电信息管理与监控、智能配电台区管理与监控等5个功能的实现方案;提出了系统安全设计以及与已有系统的接口方案。
The status and problems of the data acquisition and supervisory system for medium-low voltage distribution network are presented. By referring to the actual needs of promoting medium-low voltage distribution network operation, a structure design scheme for centralized data acquisition and supervisory system for medium-low voltage distribution networks is put forward. According to the predetermined design philosophy, 5 functions are to be implemented, that is, intelligent data acquisition, communication and transmission, real-time data processing, power usage information management and monitoring, intelligent distribution area management and monitoring. A safety system design and interfacing with other existing systems are provided.
