摘要
针对调度自动化中易被忽略的能量管理系统(EMS)自身的安全问题,提出了改进建议,同时验证了实现EMS平台松耦合、系统性的报警机制的建议。文中提出了EMS的分级模块化的安全配置架构设计,将系统所有相关的安全配置按照重要程度和功能隶属类别进行分类并建立分级模块,并基于并发版本管理系统(CVS)进行了安全配置管理实践。文中同时提出通过数据挖掘技术提前发现EMS存在的问题。最后,利用广州电网的EMS备用系统对以上建议的合理性进行了必要的验证。
In view of the easily ignored safety problems in th~ power grid automation of the energy management system (EMS) itself, suggestions for improvement are made while verifying those for realizing the systemic alarming mechanism that is loosely coupled with the EMS platform. As the security configuration files of EMS usually lack systematic design, the safe hierarchical modular design for EMS is provided first. All the security installations are reorganized and packed based on their character and importance. The security configuration management is practiced based on the concurrent versions system (CVS). The data- mining technology is used for searching EMS fault in advance. Finally, case studies on EMS in Guangdong power grid have verified the rationality of the above-mentioned suggestions.
