摘要
通过在轻骨料混凝土中加入矿物掺合料,测试其抗压强度、坍落度、扩展度及分层度,研究不同种类矿物掺合料单掺、复掺时,掺合料掺量对轻骨料混凝土力学性能及均质性的影响,分析矿物掺合料对轻骨料混凝土抗离析性能的改善程度。研究结果表明:单掺时,在30%掺量范围内,随着矿渣粉掺量的增加,轻骨料混凝土拌合物的粘聚性增强,拌合物流动性变好,早期和后期强度增加;在20%掺量范围内,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,轻骨料混凝土拌合物的流动性变好,泌水减小,拌合物均质性变好;当粉煤灰和矿渣粉掺量均为10%时,复合掺加矿渣粉和粉煤灰对配制大流动性高强轻骨料混凝土效果理想,抗离析性优异。
Adding mineral blending materials into lightweight aggregate concrete, the compressive strength, the slump, expansion and stratification were tested and the effect of blending materials content on mechanical properties and the heterogeneity of lightweight aggregate concrete were studied when different types of mineral blending materials single doped,double mixing.At the same time,the improvement degree of blending materials on lightweight aggregate concrete anti segregation ability were analysed.The results denoted that when single-doped dosage was less than 30% ,with the rise of ground granulated blast furnace slag dosage, the cohesiveness of lightweight aggregate concrete mixture increased, liquidity of the mixture grew better, and the early strength and the later strength of concrete were both improved.When single-doped dosage was less than 20%, with the rise of fly ash, the liquidity and homogeneity of lightweight aggregate concrete mixture grew better, and the bleeding of the concrete decreased.When fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag dosage were both 10o/0,The addition of both ground granulated blast furnace slag and fly ash had advanta- geous effect on compounding lightweight aggregate concrete with high liquidity and strength.Its ability of anti-segregation was favorable.
