摘要 系统研究了胶凝材料组成和用量、砂率、膨胀剂以及含气量对混凝土工作性能、力学性能、体积变形性能的影响,制备出了C50自密实微膨胀钢管混凝土,在此基础上研究了增黏剂组分对C50自密实微膨胀钢管混凝土高位抛落后匀质性能的影响,设计制备出满足干海子特大桥钢管格构桥墩高抛施工要求的C50高抛自密实微膨胀钢管混凝土,工程应用表明,钢管内混凝土均匀密实,钢管与混凝土没有脱空,混凝土力性能满足设计要求。 Systematically studied the composition and amount of cementitious material, the influence of the sand ratio, expansion agent and gas content to the concrete's performance, mechanical properties, volume expansion properties.Then C50 fling-self compacting and slight expansion steel pipe concrete were prepared.Based on what have done, we studied the impact of the tackifier component to C50 fling-self compacting and slight expansion steel pipe concrete's uniformity while it be high throwed, and designed the concrete to meet the requirements of Ganhaizite struc- tural steel bridge piers.The engineering applications indicated that concrete in steel pipe uniformed.Steel tube and concrete was not void and con- crete performance meet the design requirements.
