摘要
目前我国流行的劳动关系理论,源自欧美的产业关系理论,其研究范式随着工业化进程的变迁不断发生变化。中国改革开放后,境内外学者运用其当代范式来研究中国劳动问题,其价值在于更为深入地揭示问题,形成更为理性的问题意识。但产业关系理论当代范式的作用是有限度的,其强化劳动关系的冲突性对抗而难以与合作平衡,自身已经陷入困境。它在中国应用中存在的不足,也在于此。文章认为,中国应用不应自我受限,而应了解其摆脱困境的尝试,更应基于中国本土的需要进行补救,培育适用国情的建设性思维。
The industrial relations theory widely accepted in present - day China was derived from industrial relations theory in the West. Its paradigm has evolved along with the process of industrialization. Since the inception of the opening - up and reform policy in China, scholars nationwide and abroad have applied its contemporary paradigm to study Chinese labor problems, in order to reveal the problems in greater depth and form a more rational understanding of them. However, the contemporary paradigm of the industrial relations theory itself is limited in application. It emphasizes the aspect of conflict and antagonism, and hence is irreconcilable with the cooperation aspect of industrial relations, so its use is limited and has fallen into a predicament of its own. This also explains the limitations of its application in China. This article argues that the application of labor relations theory in China should not be confined by its own predicament, but it is necessary to comprehend its attempts to get out predicament, and to make revisions grounded in the domestic requirements of China to foster constructive thinking that accords with China's conditions.
