冬虫夏草对低氧性肺动脉高压大鼠血浆脑利钠肽和炎性细胞因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察冬虫夏草对低氧性肺动脉高压大鼠血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)和炎性细胞因子的影响。方法:选择健康雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为3组:对照组、低氧组和冬虫夏草组。冬虫夏草组大鼠给予冬虫夏草灌胃,对照组和低氧组给予生理盐水灌胃,灌胃后将低氧组和冬虫夏草组大鼠置于自制的常压低氧舱内造模,对照组大鼠置于舱外自由呼吸空气。测定各组大鼠平均肺动脉压(mPAP)、右心室肥厚指数[RV/(LV+S)]、血浆BNP、血清白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果:冬虫夏草组大鼠mPAP、RV和RV/(LV+S)显著低于低氧组(P<0.05)。低氧组大鼠的mPAP、RV和RV/(LV+S)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。冬虫夏草组大鼠的血浆BNP、血清TNF-α和IL-6显著低于低氧组(P<0.01)。而低氧组大鼠的血浆BNP、血清TNF-α和IL-6均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:冬虫夏草可能通过有效降低血浆BNP和抑制炎性反应而发挥减低肺动脉压和预防右室肥大的效应。
