A Research on the Application of Shared Leadership in Foreign Libraries

摘要 共享领导是应对复杂化、创新性工作的一种高效能的领导模式。在管理与服务中引入共享领导是现代图书馆面临的组织环境需要。文章借鉴国外图书馆有关共享领导的应用研究与实践案例的经验,获取到实现共享领导的可行策略:环境的营造、馆员领导技能的培养,以及将中层领导者或技术团队作为主要实践对象,以期对我国图书馆发展和应用这一领导模式给予积极的启示。 Shared leadership is a highly-effective leadership model for complex and creative work, which adapts to the needs of modern library. This article introduces the research and practice cases on shared leadership in foreign libraries, analyzes its main strategies including creating shared environment, all librarian's capacity and leadership skills training, targeting at middle managers and technical service teams to give positive enlightenments for its development in domestic libraries.
