摘要
针对情境知识转移行为关系研究,发现知识转移行为具有社会性动机、关心组织动机以及近景与远景动机。对隐性知识转移的内涵结构归纳得出:情境下知识转移存在着角色泛化与狭窄、强调知识转移中人际关系和个人积极主动性的特点;对隐性知识转移前因与后果变量有关的研究进行了分析,并从个体和群体层面指出了研究知识转移行为的异同点,为中国情景下隐性知识转移行为实证研究提供参考。
In view of the research on the behavior relationship of context knowledge transfer, it is found that the knowledge transfer behavior has the characteristics as sociality motive, organization caring motive as well as close view and prospect motive. While by summarizing the connotation structure of tacit knowledge transfer, it is found that context knowledge transfer has characteristics as role extension and intension, the emphasis of interpersonal relationship and individual initiative in the process of knowledge transfer. After analyzing the cause and effect of knowledge transfer, the author discusses the similarities and differences of knowledge transfer behavior at the level of both individual and population levels, aiming at providing reference for the empirical study on tacit knowledge transfer behavior in Chinese context.
