摘要
对新型压电晶体控制的外开轴针式喷油器在不同边界条件下实现的圆锥状喷雾的基本特征,包括喷雾锥角、喷雾轴向贯穿距及每循环喷油量进行了分析与研究,并在此基础上提出了针对这种外开轴针式喷油器的喷雾轴向贯穿距经验公式.为了能够对喷雾的空间分布能力及油气混合特性进行定性分析,提出了喷雾体积放大倍率的概念.采用超高速摄影相机获得的可视化结果表明,这种喷油器形成的空心圆锥状喷雾实际上是由许多直径较小的"油线"组成的.油线结构的发现为进一步分析及研究其喷雾特性提供了参考和依据.
Spray characteristics of a piezo outward-opening pintle-type injector, including spray angle, spray tip penetration and cycle fuel injection quantity, are investigated under different boundary condi- tions. Based on spray images, an empirical equation for spray axial tip penetration is obtained. Further- more, for qualitatively analyzing the characteristics of spray distribution and atomization, a concept named spray volume enhancement ratio,δSVER, is proposed based on the experimental results. The im- ages taken by ultra high-speed camera proves that the cone spray actually consists of hundreds of strings, instead of a continuous structure. This phenomenon provides evidence for further research on spray charac- teristics of this kind of injector.
