通过模拟分析计算网架吊装过程吊装点和网架的受力、验算起重拔杆主要部件的承载能力 ,得出导致网架坠落的直接原因是拔杆吊钩承载力不能满足要求 。

By analyzing the force at the lifting points and the grid frame members in lifting progress, and checking the ability of major parts of lifting pillar, authors drew conclusions. The direct cause, which led grid frame to fall, is that the loading ability of the hook of the lifting pillar does not meet the needs. Disobeying the safe operating rules is the significant reason of the injuries and deaths.
