水利文化传承与发展的轨迹——基于1980—2012年水利志的分析

水利志是传承水利文化,弘扬和发展水利文化的重要载体。基于网络公共信息资源和传统文献资源,对新中国编修的水利志进行了全面系统的梳理。在此基础上,采用文献计量学的研究手段,对30余年来水利志发展历程、特点和原因进行了分析,从一个侧面描述了水利文化传承和发展的轨迹。

Water conservancy record is an important carrier of inheriting, promoting and developing water conservancy culture. The new edited water conservancy records are systematically sorted based on internet public information resources and traditional document resources. Furthermore, the history, characters and reasons of water conservancy records development in the recent 30 years are analyzed by the application of bibliometric, which describes the track of water conservancy culture inheritance and development.
