几种改良剂及其复合对Cd污染菜园土上油菜生长和生理代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用盆栽试验,研究几种改良剂及其复合对Cd污染菜园土上小油菜产量、镉吸收量、酶活性、叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:对照处理SOD、POD和CAT含量最高,叶绿素荧光参数F0上升,Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm和Fv/F0均下降,表明植株受到逆境胁迫,生物量显著下降,加入菌渣及复合剂后油菜的外部胁迫减小,生物量增加,高量菌渣处理比对照提高7.5倍,可能与菌渣中含有丰富的养分有关。油菜叶中Cd的含量以石灰处理最低,石灰与高量菌渣配施的处理Cd含量比对照降低81.9%,达到国家食品卫生标准,油菜叶中Cd含量低于根中含量。 The effects of fungi residues and compound activity and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were on rape biomass, the uptake of cadmium by rape, enzyme studied using pot experiments. Results showed that the control treatment concentration of SOD, POD and CAT were the highest. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Fo was increased, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm and Fv/F0 were decreased. These showed that the rape under stress and the biomass decreased. The rape stress would be reduced and the yield would be increased by adding fungi residues and compound. The high fungi residue treatment showed the highest yield by 7.5times compared with the control treatment. The amount of absorbed Cd in rape was decreased after the fungi residue and compound application. Lime application showed the best effect to decrease the Cd content in rape leaf. The treatment of lime and high fungi residue co-application wouold lead to Cd content reduction by more than 81.9% compared with the control treatment. The amount of Cd in the rape after adding lime or lime and high fungi residue co-application was within the food safety standard .
