补血行气法治疗反射性交感神经营养不良

Treatment of reflex sympathetic dystrophy by the method of blood and Qi supplement

目的:从中医辨证的角度对反射性交感神经营养不良(RSD)进行分型和治疗。方法:将临床表现为患肢皮肤苍白、温度降低、排汗较少而皮肤干燥、肿痛、关节僵硬的RSD归为气血两虚型。运用中药方内服加浸泡进行治疗和功能锻炼。观察肿痛、关节僵硬、骨密度变化等进行疗效评定。结果:治疗后患肢肿痛、关节僵硬、骨密度有所改善,其中显效66.7%,有效26.7%,无效6.6%。结论:在辨证分型基础上,补血行气法治疗RSD具有良好疗效。

Objective：To explore chinese medicine treatment for reflex sympathetic dystrophy（RSD） based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.Method：Weakness of vital energy and blood RSD was concepted as paleness of skin,lower temperature,less perspiration,dryness of skin,Swelling,and anchylosis.The use of prescription Oral and immersion therapy and functional exercise.Observed swelling,pain,joint stiffness,bone mineral density and efficacy evaluation Result：Swelling,Anchylosis,bone density was improvedt.The rates of excellent,good and inefficiency were 66.7%,26.7 and 6.6%.Conclusion： Based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs,enriching the blood and activating the energy with chinese traditional medicine to treat reflex sympathetic dystrophy get a favourable effect.
