麻醉药致恶性高热1例的救治并文献分析

Treatment of 1 Case of Anaesthetic-induced Malignant Hyperthermia and Literature Analysis

摘要 目的:探讨恶性高热的临床特点及治疗措施,以提高恶性高热的救治成功率。方法:报道我院1例异氟醚致恶性高热患者的救治经过,并通过检索1994-2011年国内医药期刊公开报道的恶性高热的病例,进行分析、评价。结果:我国近年来报道的恶性高热病例数增多,病死率较前下降。结论:我国恶性高热的诊治水平较之前有所提高,但仍缺乏特效治疗药,特别需要考虑储备、推广使用丹曲林。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment measures of malignant hyperthermia (MH), and to improve successful rate of treatment. METHODS : Treatment process of 1 case of isoflurane-induced MH in our hospital was reported and analyzed by retrieving literatures about MH reported in domestic pharmaceutical journals from 1994 to 2011. RE- SULTS : The case number of MH was increasing and the death rate of MH had decreased. CONCLUSION: The diagnosis and treat- ment of MH are imoroved, but it lacks of soecific treatment, and the reserve and nromotion of dantrolene should be considered
