A courtroom specifically tasked with protecting female employees＇ rights and interests officially opened on August 24, 2012. The courtroom is under the Qingdao Labor and Personnel Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Court. Local female workers can consult with and request legal aid through the court if they encounter job- related legal problems.
