摘要
目的研究枳壳中葡萄内酯提取的最佳工艺。方法以葡萄内酯得率为评价指标,以提取次数、提取时间、溶媒倍数作为考察因素进行正交实验。结果影响枳壳中葡萄内酯提取的最主要的因素是提取次数,其次为溶媒倍数和提取时间。确定葡萄内酯最佳工艺条件为85%乙醇提取3次;提取时间分别为1.0,0.5,0.5 h;提取溶媒分别为8倍,6倍,6倍。结论此提取工艺科学合理、稳定可行,可为枳壳中葡萄内酯成分的进一步开发研究提供理论依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of auraptene in Fructus aurantii. Methods The orthogonal experiment was performed with the extraction rate of auraptene as the evaluation index and the extraction times, extraction time, solvent ratio as inspecting factors. Results The primary factor which influenced the extraction rate of auraptene was the extraction times, then it was solvent ratio and finally extraction time. Optimized extraction process was as follows :85% ethanol extract 3 times; the extrac- tion time were respectively 1,0.5,0.5h and extraction solvent respectively8,6,6 times. Conclusion This extraction process is sci- entific, reasonable and feasible, to provide theoretical basis for further research and development of auraptene in Fructus aurantii.
