摘要
目的从土甘草中首次分离得到3-phenylcoumarin robustic acid(土甘草A),对其分子构形和晶体结构进行分析。方法以90%乙醇提取土甘草,经柱色谱分离,在丙酮中重结晶得到片状结晶;用X-单晶衍射进行土甘草A的分子构形和晶体结构分析。结果土甘草A晶体结构属三斜晶系,晶格参数为:a=9.276(2),b=10.774(2),c=11.810(3),α=102.111(5)°,β=96.956(6)°,γ=105.307(7)°,Z=2。结论确定了土甘草A的分子构形和晶体结构。
Abstract】 Objective To isolate 3-phenylcoumarin robustic acid(Tu gancaoA) from Derris eriocarpa How.and to analyze its molecular conformation and crystal structure.Methods Tugancao was extracted by 90% ethahol and separated by silica gel column chromatography.Colorless crystals of Tugancao A were obtained by slow evaporation at room temperature.The molecule and crystal structure were analyzed by X-ray crystal diffraction.Results A crystal structure of the soil licorice triclinic lattice was obtained with parameters: a = 9.276(2)A °,b = 10.774(2)A °,c = 11.810(3)A °,α = 102.111(5)A °,β = 96.956(6)A °,γ = 105.307(7) A °,Z =2.Conclusion The molecular configuration and crystal structure of Tugancao A were determined.
