单叶蔓荆果实及叶片中蔓荆子黄素的积累动态研究

Analysis of Accumulation Dynamics of Vitexicarpin in Fruit and Leaf of Vitex Trifolia

目的研究单叶蔓荆果实及叶片中蔓荆子黄素的积累规律,以及不同栽培管理措施对其含量的影响,为进一步确定单叶蔓荆药材的合理采收时间及科学栽培管理提供理论依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定单叶蔓荆干燥果实及叶片中蔓荆子黄素的含量。结果夏末秋初,单叶蔓荆果实和叶片中蔓荆子黄素的累积均呈现出一定的波动性,且维持在较高的水平,果实中蔓荆子黄素的含量约为同时期叶片含量的3倍。起垄与直立整形相结合的栽培管理措施下,果实中蔓荆子黄素的含量较对照提高约16.3%,而叶片中的含量仅较对照提高2.7%。结论综合考虑各影响因素,山东及周边省份于8月底至10月上中旬采收单叶蔓荆果实入药较为适宜。起垄与直立整形相结合的复合管理措施能够显著促进单叶蔓荆果实中蔓荆子黄素的积累,而对叶片的影响较小。

Objective For the purpose of facilitating the confirmation of harvest time and promotion of cultivate administration, the accumulation dynamics of vitexicarpin in fruit and leaf of Vitex trifolia L. var. simplicifolia Cham. and the influence of different cul-tivate measures on vitexicarpin level were both analyzed. Methods High - performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC ） was used in this study for determination of vitexicarpin in fruit and leaf of V. trifolia. Results Vitexicarpin in fruit and leaf of V. trifolia con-tinuously mentained a high level from late summer to early autumn and showed obvious fluctuation, whereas the vitexicarpin content in fruit was about three times of that in leaf of the same period. The combined cultivating method of ridging and erective topiary en- hanced vitexicarpin level in fruit about 16.3% and leaf about 2.7% than their respective control. Conclusion Integrating varies factors, in Shandong province and around areas the optimal fruit harvest time of V. trifolia should be late August to the first half of October. The combined cultivating method of ridging and erective topiary can significantly enhance the level of vitexicarpin in fruit, while only exerted little influence in leaf of V. trifolia..
