正交实验法优化桑木层孔菌多糖的提取工艺研究

摘要 目的研究桑木层孔菌水溶性多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法采用单因素实验法分别考察了提取时间、提取温度、料液比以及提取次数等对桑木层孔菌多糖提取率的影响,并在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验进一步优化提取工艺条件。结果热水浸提法的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间90 min,温度100℃,料液比1∶25,提取3次。在此条件下得到桑木层孔菌多糖的提取率为3.58%。结论优选得到的最佳提取工艺条件准确、简便,具有良好的重现性。 Objective To study the protocols for maximum extraction of polysaccharide from Phellinus mori. Methods The effects of the factors such as extraction time, temperature, the material - liquid ratio and extraction times on the yield of polysaccharides were studied by using hot - water extraction method. The optimal conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment on the basis of single factor experiment. Results When solid - liquid ratio was 1 : 25, temperature was 100 ℃ and the extraction time was 90 min with three times, the rate of production of polysac - charities was the highest. The highest rate of extraction of polysaccharides is 3.58 %. Conclusion This process is simple and practicable,so it can be applied to extract polysaccharides from Phellinus mori.
