太白贝母栽培品与暗紫贝母的薄层色谱鉴别对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不同川贝母品种及商品规格薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法对太白贝母与暗紫贝母不同商品规格生物碱和皂苷部位进行了薄层色谱分析。结果太白贝母与暗紫贝母提取部位的薄层色谱实验均提示了川贝母不同规格的薄层色谱图存在明显差异。结论可利用薄层色谱法鉴别太白贝母与暗紫贝母,该方法简单、可行,为更好地控制川贝母的质量提供了科学依据。 Objective To discuss varieties and specifications of the commodity of Fritillaria cirrhosa by TLC identification meth-od. Methods : Methods The thin - layer chromatography (TLC) method was employed for analysis of alkaloids and saponins of dif-ferent specifications of Fritillaria taipaiensis and Fritillaria unibracteata. Results TLC of alkaloids and saponins parts in Fritillaria taipaiensis and Fritillaria unibracteata showed that tile TLC fingerprints of different specifications of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae were significantly different. There were large differences in their chemical composition. Conclusion This method is simple, feasible and provide a scientific evidence to better control the quality of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae.
