摘要
目的建立壮药一匹绸药材的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对一匹绸进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定其中咖啡酸的含量,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(12∶88),流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为323 nm。结果一匹绸药材薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,专属性强;咖啡酸进样量在0.011 2～0.291 2μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.37%,RSD为2.34%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于一匹绸药材的质量控制。
Abstract： Objective To establish the quality control method of Argyreia aceta Lour. Methods A. aceta was identified by TLC, and the content of Caffeie acid was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows ： Hypersil ODS2 C18 col-umn, with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrle-0.1% phosphoric acid （12： 88） ,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1 ,and the de-tection wavelength was 323 nm. Results TLC identification for A. aceta was highly specific, Caffeic acid content had a good line-arity in the range of 0.0112 - 0.2912μg（ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 101.37%, RSD was 2.34% （ n = 6）. Conclu-sion The method is simple, rapid , accurate, and can be used for the quality control of A. aceta.
