In the process of economic globalization, the importance of protection of intellectual property rights be- comes the highlight in the world. As a relatively independent new subject, intellectual property is closely related to the economy, science and technology of China. Not only intellectual property is a kind of legal system, it is al- so a kind of economic system and management system. As intellectual property is an important part of the man- agement of science and technology, it is specially analyzed in medical colleges or universities. This research main- ly involves relations of intellectual property management and technology management, aspects of intellectual prop- erty management, and problems worthy of note in the intellectual property management.
