摘要
本文论述了提高道面混凝土耐久性的重要意义。为了保证道面设计使用寿命得以实现 ,应该采用高性能道面混凝土。在试验研究基础上提出高性能道面混凝土强度级别划分标准 ,计算抗折强度分别为 :1级— 5 0~6 0MPa ,2级— 6 5~ 7 5MPa ,3级— 8 0~ 10 0MPa。分别提出了配合比 ,提供了耐久性的实测结果。介绍了实际应用情况 ,叙述了应用产生的效益 :提高道面承载力、延长道面使用寿命、降低工程造价。
? This article discussed the important significance of increasing the durability of pavement concrete. To ensure the lasting of concrete pavement that expected in pavement design, high performance pavement concrete must use.The classification criterion of strength of high performance pavement concrete was advanced based on experiments and studies, the calculating flexural strength can be classified into :Ⅰ:5.0~6.0MPa,Ⅱ: 6.5~7.5MPa, Ⅲ: 8.0~10.0MPa. The mix-proportion and some results measured in experiments of durability were supplied too.This article introduced the applying circumstance and elaboration the benefit comes from application such as: increasing the capability of sustain load of pavement, prolong the lasting of pavement and reducing the cost. 〔
