摘要 高含水非均质砂岩地层存在高渗透大孔道且层间差异大,常规的小剂量、短半径调剖很难达到增油降水的效果。本文室内考察了合成调剖剂GPJ的基本性能,得到了最佳调剖剂体系的配方:3%GPJ+5%膨润土,着重考察了该调剖剂体系的调剖性能。结果表明,所研制的调剖剂GPJ的水分散性及胶体稳定均良好;1%GPJ悬浮液的电动电位在+54 mV以上,带有较高的正电荷;GPJ的油溶率高达94%;GPJ悬浮液的粒度分布在5 80μm,粒径中值为28μm。当3%GPJ+5%膨润土调剖剂体系的注入量为1 PV时,其对水测渗透率为10.067811.7883μm2的填砂管模型的封堵率高达95%以上。该调剖剂体系封堵率高,耐冲刷性能好,现场应用效果显著。 For the heterogeneous sandstone formation with high water-cut, it is characteristic of high permeability channel and great interlayer differences. It is difficult to get better effect of increasing oil production and decreasing water cut by the regular low dose and short radius profile control. In this paper, the relative properties of the developed profile control agent GPJ was evaluated and the profile modification system was investigated, composed of 3% GPJ + 5% bentonite. The profile control effects of the profile control agent system were investigated. The results showed that the developed profile control agent GPJ had good water dispersivity and colloid stability, an electrokinetic potential of 1% PGJ suspensions exceeded + 54 mV, and its oil soluble rate was above 94%, the size distribution of the particles ranged in 5-80μm and media particle size was of 28 μm. When 1 PV of the profile modification system was injected into the sand packed tube model with water permeability of 10.0678-11. 7883 μm^2, the plugging rate could exceed up to 95%. The system was characterized by strong plugging efficiency and washbrush resistance, and the effect in field application was remarkable.
