摘要
模拟生产线水洗过程,通过小试比较了硫酸法二氧化钛生产工艺中工艺水、不同铁含量的二次过滤水洗的洗滤液(二洗水)对偏钛酸一次过滤水洗(一洗)的水洗效率的影响;并且探讨了真空度、滤饼厚度、用水量、水温对水洗效率的影响。结果表明:较低铁含量(50×10-6以下)的二洗水比工艺水的水洗效率高;采用合适的水量不仅能提高水洗效率,还能节约水资源。提高真空度、水温,保持适当的滤饼厚度,对于提高水洗效率有着重要的影响。
In simulation of the washing process of titanium dioxide production by sulfate process, experi- ments were carried out to compare the washing efficiency for the first filter washing by process water and the filtrate of secondary washing with different iron contents. The influence of vacuum degree, filter cake thickness, the quantity of water and the temperature on washing effect was also discussed. The results showed that the filtrate of secondary washing was superior to process water for washing efficiency. Using appropriate water volume not only improved washing efficiency, but also saved water resources. Increasing vacuum degree and water temperature, maintaining an appropriate filter cake thickness, played important rules for improving washing efficiency.
