电子束固化涂料在直接真空镀铝纸上的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对电子束辐射固化的自由基机理和阳离子机理的优缺点对比分析,结合生产设备的实际情况,确定以丙烯酸酯类稀释剂及预聚物为主体的电子束固化用涂料体系;用红外光谱跟踪了丙烯酸酯类不饱和双键的变化情况,考察了辐射剂量对涂料固化性能的影响;并对电子束固化涂料生产的直镀纸与传统水性丙烯酸涂料生产的直镀纸的综合性能进行了对比分析,结果表明:电子束固化涂层在镀铝效果、透气度、透明性、光泽、耐磨性能及有机挥发物指标等方面优势明显。 Based on the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of free radical and cation mechanisms of EB curing process and in consideration of existing production equipment the electron beam curing coatings system based on acrylic diluents and acrylic prepolymer as the binder was determined. The FT - IR analysis was used to follow the change of double bond changes. The influence of radiation dose on the coating curing properties was investigated. And the electron beam curing coatings production of direct plating paper and traditional waterbased acrylic coatings production of direct plating paper comprehensive properties were compared and analyzed, the results showed that the electron beam curing coatings have obvious advantages in terms of aluminum effect, air permeability, transparency, gloss, abrasion resistance and volatile organic content.
