摘要 静电释放(ESD)是一种由静电源产生的电能进入电子组件后迅速放电的现象。静电敏感(ESDS)元件就是容易受此类高能放电影响的元件,它会因不正确的操作或处理而失效或发生元件性能的改变。本文从介绍了ESD的危害,深入分析ESD的成因,从而提出ESD损害的防护方法。
