矿业城市效率研究进展

ADVANCES IN EFFICIENCY RESEARCH IN MINING CITIES

基于对城市效率、矿业城市效率的概念和内涵理解的基础上,对矿业城市效率的研究内容、评价指标、评价方法、研究区域尺度、影响因素及相关政策等方面进行梳理,指出现在矿业城市效率研究存在的不足之处:1)基本内涵等基础研究不足;2)从城市综合效益角度系统的对比分析相对缺乏;3)动态的评价分析薄弱;4)机理研究相对欠缺。在此基础上,认为我国未来矿业城市效率的研究应着重以下几个方面:1)深化理论研究;2)强化矿业城市效率的实证研究;3)完善矿业城市效率评价的指标体系;4)加强矿业城市效率的动态评价研究;5)注重机理研究。

This paper, based on concept and connotation of urban efficiency, efficiency in mining cities, reviews the research contents, evaluation index, methods, scales, factors and policies. Aiming at the shortages in basic connotation, lack of comparison, weak dynamic evaluation and absence of mechanism, this paper presents approaches in researching the efficiency in mining cities in deepening theory, boosting case study, optimizing evaluation index system, enhancing a dynamic evaluation and focusing on mechanism.
