摘要
方剂(处方)的功效是药物配伍后综合作用的反映,当增加或减去某些药物时,全方的功效也随之发生变化。根据这种特性,通过某些药物的加减,使之更适合现证的治疗需要。兹结合导师蒋健教授的临床医案,探讨处方药物加减中的种种问题并加以讨论。
The efficacy of the prescription is a reflection of the combined effects of herbs. Herb addition and subtraction influence the effect of prescription. The article＇ discussed the role and significance of herb addition and subtraction with professor JIANG Jian＇s medical records.
