便秘辨证施护

Nursing Patients with Constipation According to Syndrome Differentiation

根据中医对便秘的辨证分型,分为燥热内结型、气机郁滞型、血虚肠燥型、气虚不运型、阴寒凝滞型。运用辨证施护理论,从生活、饮食、心理及用药等其他方面进行护理,减轻患者的痛苦。西医的功能性便秘、直肠及肛门疾患引起的便秘、药物性便秘可参照本病辨证施护。

According to the syndrome differentiation of TCM, constipation has been classified as follows ： dryness-heat stagnating in the interior type, depression and stagnation of QI type, blood deficiency and intestinal dryness type, deficiency of QI type and stagnation of YIN-cold type. We give patients nursing care from life, diet, psychological and drug use to ease their pain by using nurse with syndrome differentiation theory.This method has rather good reference value for functional constipation, constipation caused by rectum and anus diseases and drug-induced constipation.
