摘要
一些叶类中药饮片存在名称相近,性状或功能主治相似的情况,容易混淆。如:大青叶与蓼大青叶,番泻叶与罗布麻叶,十大功劳叶与枸骨叶,淡竹叶、竹叶与苦竹叶。现将其从来源、性状、临床应用等方面进行辨析,总结出了比较容易掌握的区别点,为中医药工作者提供参考。
Some leafy prepared medicine herbs, either due to their similar （ Chinese ） names, or similar characters or functions, are easy to confuse. Some often confused cases, for instance, are Folium lsatidis and Folium P01ygoni Tinctorii, Cassia angustifolia and Apocynum venetum L. leaves, Mahonia bealei and Ilex cornuta, Lophatherum gracile Brongn, Folium phyllostaehy Lophatheri and Pleiblasttus amorus leaves, etc. Relevant comparison and clarification are made in this paper on these medicines from the origination, character and clinic application aspect, from which some obvious differences are summed up and presented as references for relative professionals in the traditional Chinese medicine field.
