储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定

摘要 为研究储油罐罐体变位(罐体的位置发生纵向倾斜和横向偏转,纵向倾斜角度横向偏转角度分别为α和β)后对罐容表的影响,即储油罐罐内储油量与罐内油位高度及变位参数之间的一般关系,我们运用微积分以及几何学的知识,通过数学计算分别计算出了在无变位进出油及倾斜进出油的情况下罐内储油量与罐内油位高度之间的函数关系式,分析研究了储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定问题。并用matlab编程,求其结果和绘画图形,讨论小储油罐变位后对罐容表的影响,并建立模型求解,最后解出最佳模型。 As the research tanks displacements (the location of the longitudinal and lateral deflection tilt Angle horizontal and vertical deflection angles and for and) of tank capacity charts after the effects, which storage tank container of the oil tank and a height and shift oil between the parameters of general relationship, we use the calculus and geometry of the knowledge, through the mathematical calculation separately calculated the displacement in and out in no oil and inclined in and out of the oil tank of the oil and oil tank a highly the function equation between, analysis and study of the oil displacement recognition and tank capacity charts calibration problem. With matlab programming, and the results and painting graphics, discuss small storage tank after displacement of tank capacity charts the influence, and establish model, and finally worked out the best model.
