摘要
地面三维激光扫描技术是二十世纪九十年代新兴的一门测量技术,它采用非接触式高速激光测量,以获取研究目标的三维坐标和数码照片的方式,快速高效的得到大型实体或实景等目标的三维立体信息。因此该技术在核电站、文物保护、考古、建筑业、船舶、水利、能源、电力、交通、公安、市政建设等众多领域得到了广泛应用。
The Terrestrial 3D laser scanning technology is a new measurement technology since the nineteen ninties,it adopts non-contact laser measurement to obtain the three-dimensional coordinate and digital photographs of the object, then gets fast and efficiently the3D information of large entities or virtual target. Therefore the technique in nuclear power station, cultural relics protection, construction industry, shipping, water, energy, electricity, transportation, public security, municipal construction, and other fields has been widely applied.
