伴随着个人计算机与互联网络的迅猛发展,中国上网用户数量的快速增长和电子商务市场的不断拓宽,C2C电子商务对于大多数网民来说已不是件新鲜的事物,越来越多的人选择了这种坐在家里上上网点点鼠标就能买到自己心仪物品的方式。C2C电子商务模式主要是指网络服务提供商利用计算机和网络技术,提供有偿或无偿使用的电子商务平台和交易程序,允许交易双方(主要为个人用户)在其平台上独立开展以竞价、议价为主的在线交易模式。C2C模式已成为众多持有小资本的投资者的一种投资创业方式。而C2C作为电子商务中重要的应用模式之一,近几年来在我国得到了迅速的发展。而以淘宝、易趣为代表的C2C电子商务网站在2005年已实现了逾139.24亿元的交易额,这一数字是在2004年41.6亿交易额的基础上增长了2倍多,C2C市场发展之迅猛可见一斑。本文旨为对目前国内日趋成熟并快速成长的C2C电子商务的研究,通过分析比较C2C电子商务平台的特点、途径,探讨目前C2C电子商务中存在的问题,从而了解C2C电子商务经营方式,对该类型电子商务成功与失败因素的理解,有助于正确指导C2C平台的网上行为,寻求问题的解决方法与途径。
With the development of personal computer and internet, the computer users increase much more in china, also the e-commerce market is more open up. To the most of computer users, C2C e-commerce is not a novelty, more and more people select that way to shopping online. C2C e-commerce mode mainly refers to the using of e-commerce platform and transaction procedures that unfreely or freely provided by network service suppliers through computer and net techniques. This on-line transaction mode allows both parties (mostly for the individuals) to independently develop the bid and bargain on the platform. C2C mode has been now becoming a kind of investment for many investors who possess little capital. C2C is one of the most important applied modes in the e-commerce. In recent years, C2C mode develops with a highly speed in our country. As we know, Taobao and EBay EachNet, as representatives of C2C e-commerce website, have already carried out a figure over 13,924,000,000 dollars bargain sums in the year of 2005. This number shows an amazing increase with 200% as much as the figure based on the bargain sums in 2004. How fast C2C market boom! This essay aims at doing a research on the currently C2C e-commerce market which matures gradually and grows up quickly as well as an analysis about the characteristic, path and existing problems of the C2C e-commerce. Knowing the management way well can help a lot in finding out the factors affecting the success during the e-commerce. Moreover, it can also make some effect in leading a right direction in C2C and looking for the solutions for such mentioned problems.
