摘要
300MW格尔木燃气电站LZN55-5.6/0.65型汽轮机,自投运以来凝汽器真空较长时间低于设计值运行,不仅影响着汽轮机的经济性和安全性,夏季甚至还影响着带负荷。本文主要分析了凝汽器真空形成原理及影响机组真空的主要因素,结合该机组历年来真空系统存在的诸多问题以及所采取的各项检查和改造措施,提出分析机组真空低的一般方法和改善的措施。
The condenser vacuum in Golmud 300MW Gas Turbine Power Station's IZN55-5.6/0.65 steam turbine has been running below its design value since put into operation a long time, so that not only affects the turbine's economy and security, and even affect the load in summer. This paper analyzes the principle of forming condenser vacuum and the main factors of effecting unit vacuum, and combines the problems in Cunzai vacuum system for the years and the taking of the examination and rehabilitation measures, and analyzes the low vacuum Jizu general method and improvements measures.
