电子束焊机焊接过程中发生放电会造成焊缝缺陷,严重影响焊接质量,甚至使工件报废。介绍了一种能有效防止高压放电时所带来的危害,实现电源的快速保护。避免了因高压放电造成的焊接缺陷,保证了精密焊件的成功焊接。
The discharge phenomena which occurred in the EBM does damage to the work piece in the course of the machine running. It serious influences weld quality, even makes the work piece discard. The paper provides a method of sharp cut-off the HV power supply, which can avoid weld blemish and promise welding the precise work pieces in success.
