摘要
通过对小新河污染现状的监测和调查分析,同时基于国家南水北调东线工程治污要求,借鉴国内外治理污染河流成功经验,根据小新河实际情况,提出了建设人工湿地治理小新河污染的方案:采取"挡水堰+生态净化塘+表面流人工湿地"相结合的方式,设置两级生态净化塘和两级表面流人工湿地串联运行。小新河人工湿地建成后有利于区域环境良性发展,增加生物多样性和稳定生态系统,形成河道走廊景观,大大提高当地居民生活环境质量,并能够产生经济效益。
Through the monitoring and analysis of the present polluting situation at Xiao-xin river, and at the same time the base on the requirements for the national eastern route of the South-to-North water diversion project, we mirroring the domestic and foreign successful experience for the control of the pollution rivers, and according to the actual situation at Xiao-xin river, proposed the scheme to the development of artificial wetland management to Xiao-xin river pollution: Adoptting the way of the combination of the " block water dam+ ecological purification pond+ the surface flow constructed wetland ",and setting up two level ecological purification pond and two level surface flow eonstrneted wetland for series operation. The completion of the constructed wetland at Xiao-xin river can be beneficial to positive development of the regional environment, increase the biological diversity, stabilize the ecological system, and form the river corridor landscape. It can also greatly improvie the living environment quality at local residents, and produce economic benefits.
