摘要
目的观察厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗心衰并发室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 92例心衰并发室性心律失常患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予强心剂、利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂及扩血管药物、胺碘酮治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予厄贝沙坦。结果治疗后,观察组有效率为91.30%,对照组有效率为71.74%(P<0.05);观察组心率、血压、LVEDV、EF、LA各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗心衰并发室性心律失常疗效好。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of irbesartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods A total of 92 cases of heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received therapy with cardiac stimulant, diuretic, β-receptor blocker, vasodilator, and amiodarone, while the observation group was treated with irbesartan in addition to the above therapy. Results The effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （91.30% vs 71.74%, P〈0.05）. The observation group showed significantly better parameters （heart rate, blood pressure, left ventricular end-diastolic volume, ejection fraction, and left atrial volume） than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amiodarane has good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia
