摘要
目的探讨多媒体技术在酒精所致精神障碍患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将86例首次住我科的酒精所致精神障碍患者按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例,对照组给予传统的健康教育方式,观察组采用多媒体方法实施健康教育,教育后通过问卷调查了解患者掌握疾病相关知识情况。结果观察组在酒精所致精神障碍疾病相关知识、饮食指导、用药指导、活动休息、出院后康复护理及注意事项等方面知识掌握率明显高于对照组,两组掌握率有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间短(P<0.01),护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);半年内酒复饮率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酒精所致精神障碍患者应用多媒体方式进行健康教育,对疾病的治疗和康复起到了辅助作用,可改变患者不良心理状态及行为,帮助其建立健康生活方式,缩短平均住院时间,提高患者满意度,半年内复饮率降低。
Objective To investigate the effect of multimedia technology in the health education for patients with alcohol-induced mental disorders. Methods A total of 86 patients with alcohol-induced mental disorders who were first hospitalized in our department were randomly divided into observation group (n=43) and control .group (n= 43) according to the order of admission. The control group received traditional health education, while the observation group received health education using multimedia. Then, the effect of education was evaluated by a questionnaire. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly better grasping of the knowledge about alcohol-induced mental disorders, dietary guidance, medication guidance, activity and rest, rehabilitation care after discharge, and precautions (P〈0.05), significantly shorter mean hospital stay (P〈0.01), significantly better satisfaction with nursing care (P〈0.05), and significantly lower recurrence of drinking within six months (P〈0.05). Conclusion Multimedia used in health education can promote the rehabilitation and improve the mental state and behavior of patients with alcohol-induced mental disorders, help them establish a healthy lifestyle, shorten the mean length of hospital stay, improve patients' satisfaction, and decrease the recurrence of drinking within six months.
