论学生作为教师教育工作者

摘要 学生作为教师教育工作者指的是中小学学生作为教师教育的主体之一,正式参与教师的专业指导。学生作为教师教育工作者有利于教师的专业发展、学生素养的提升,以及整体教育效果的改善。而要实现这一点可以从教师情感先行、安全环境创设、学校制度保障这三个方面着手。
