摘要
基于组织协同目标,从财务维度、客户维度、内部流程维度以及学习和成长维度明确了企业信息服务融合的定位,并整合企业内外资源与服务要素以形成相应维度的信息服务融合模式,在此基础上以金融企业为例,利用mashup技术设计了以金融控股集团为代表的金融企业信息服务融合平台架构,推进协同目标导向下的金融企业信息服务融合实践。
Based on the objection of organization collaboration, this paper describes the enterprise the positioning of information service mashup from perspectives of financial, customer, internal business, innovation and leaning. Additionally, this paper integrates the resources and service elements from enterprise and Web, and constructs the mashup service models. Furthermore, taking the financial business as an example, this paper explains the practice of mashup services of financial holding conglomerates.
